About Roost Homes
Tired of seeing strip malls and stamped out subdivisions, I set out to improve the quality of Single Family Homes. I sewed my first tool belt out of recycled jeans, needle and thread, bought some carpentry tools from the local hardware store and went to work. I’ve built homes in Seattle, Telluride, Aspen, Kauai, Detroit and Austin, Texas. With every project we administer, we improve upon Beauty, Efficiency and Livability. Pushing the bounds of conventional building practices and projecting the use and utility of your home 50 years from now is how Roost Homes excels.

“Now that I live in the house, I notice more and more everyday. For example, the windows are arranged in a way to maximize natural light and yet keep the house cool despite the Texas heat. The storage in the kitchen is the perfect balance of open and closed for easy access and a clean look. The densely filled insulation provides excellent acoustic quality in the all of the rooms.
